Used them last year. We went over all the gas lines. They hit the gas line in master bath. Flames up to 6 / 7 feet. They called the fire department. Blew hole in master closet. Water heater line was blown out. He sent me all pictures. Robert took NO responsibity at all. I had to pay for everything. I could still sue and should but it's time consuming. Bathtub was offset. The tile guy brought it to my attention. Contractor his friend made him reset it. Of course the tile had to come down. Other issues occured. Lori, his wife is the answers phone calls and accompanys him for estimates. She's extremely and sincerely a nice person. That's what they have going for them. However, don't expect an apology or responsibility when something goes wrong; just a hmm...
I know there 2 sides to each story but believe me this is all TRUE!
