If you want to know how well Beracah Builder’s houses are built, come to Meadowbrook Farms, Carlisle PA. I assure you will think twice before purchasing one!! They look beautiful! But things fall apart very quickly!! Floors are uneven! Cabinet trim glued on not nailed or screwed so it just falls off after a while! ALL closet shelving not attached to studs. What a mess!!! Tile flooring aren’t Installed correctly so the tiles are all coming loose. Cut corners on EVERYTHING they could! So much to say about them and so little space to say it! Just come and see for yourself.
