Wouldn't hesitate to hire Berg's again. They were the best.
We had some issues last Winter with our walkway crumbling under the snow / ice that we were hit with. When Spring came, the walkway was a mess leading up to our door. We contacted Berg's for a quote. Jeff initially came to assess our walkway and what would be needed and then his associate John took the reigns John was incredible to deal with and really one of the nicest / sweetest people you may ever meet in your life. John looked at our front yard and even came into our home to look out our front window to visualize where the walkway should go. John drew up a plan based on his vision and ours and suggested moving the walkway over about 4 feet to showcase our front porch and also put in a small retaining wall. Berg's quoted us for the project, it was reasonable and on par with other companies.
With the plans and sketches it was now up to Juan and Ilou to execute. Juan and Ilou were amazing, just as nice and polite as John. They showed up every morning around 6:30 AM and worked hard through the days to complete the project. Their attention to detail and patience with our questions I would attribute to the fact that they are true professionals.
The result of our walkway and retaining wall is that our house now looks a million times better than it was previously. We couldn't be happier and we can't believe that we live in our house.
