  I agree with all reviews above. Not only is he a pathetic liar and cheat, his work is sub par. He talks trash on all his clients, whines about his personal problems and expects you to feel sorry for him. After 6 months of promises, lies and mistakes he quit leaving us with work that needs to be torn out and redone. He deserves to go to jail, and I have no doubt that’s where he’ll end up. Workers tried to extort money from us for wages he owes them. Would happily join a class action suit against him. Stay clear of this guy.

  Garage addition

  He started a garage for us. Took a sizable down payment. Like the other reviews say.. one excuse after another about not showing up. After 2 months hardly anything done and what he did was all wrong. Had to pay someone else to tear it all down and now I’m out a ton of money. Stay away.

  Commercial build out

  Absolute disaster and disgrace, he was supposed to complete renovations in a commercial space in 4 months, 10 months later he stopped showing up, I lost over 40k in money that had been paid to him to complete electrical, hvac and exterior railings that he did not complete. The items he did do were completed backwards and shoddily done. He didn’t get permits for electrical work, didn’t even install hvac, he put up whole rooms with no heat or air ducts or electric run to them. He doesn’t pay his workers and they are constantly walking out and not showing up. I’ve never met someone who had more excuses for why they weren’t working. I know he is actively involved in multiple law suits for stealing money from other consumers. He comes in and starts demo to get a quick deposit and then he won’t come back for extended periods of time. He is a pathological liar who will steal your money and lie to your face. Please do not use him for anything, you will greatly regret it!!!

  If I could rate Bernie Creedon zero stars I would. He gave us a quote for a price, we agreed. We did not negotiate, we were happy to have someone we thought we felt good about. We met him in September 2022 and the small-scale jobs (we had gotten the quote for) should have been done in 2 weeks (from what he said). He started with excuse after excuse, and we tried to empathize and be patient with him for months. He started to complain about another 2 clients to us (who happen to be our good friends, and who referred us to him). He’d tell us he’d prioritize our work and gave us his word so many times I cannot count. In May 2023 (8 months later), he was still giving us the run-around. I even talked to him about some of our family coming to visit and that you he dream was to host them in our yard (the area he was working on). I told him my 101 year-old grandmother would be one of them and he promised it would be done.

  Paint and wallpaper

  $10,000

  Promised to paint and put up wallpaper. He was all talk and didn’t get the job done. We fired him and asked to return half of the prepaid money he was given. He has promised to pay, but it’s over a year and he still hasn’t paid. I would not recommend him for any job. Robert Tonks MD
