Terrible customer service! Rude from the first phone call. We wanted to support a local small business for a large roofing project and they couldn't be bothered. if it was this difficult to get a quote - there is NO way I would give them our business.
Since I had this experience I've heard from many dissatisfied (potential) customers who had the same thing experience - AWFUL!!!!
