If I could give Harold a half a star that would be generous. I have used him in the past on several occasions and he has been stellar. Today I called due to 2 of my furnaces not kicking the heat on. I have a fault code on both for a malfunctioning pressure switch. The main unit he said i may have a fried board, the second he said he does not know what the problem was. As he was telling me this we were walking from the back side of my house to the living room. Without warning he said I'm not going to charge you! Best of luck... then walked out the door. Completely in disbelief I walked out to his truck which was already in drive and asked him if he was joking and what we could do to get the heat back on and he responded with call someone who can fix them. I thought that was what I had done. Having a WTF moment im beginning to realize there is no professionalism left. My house and family will endure another frigid night since this was dropped on me at the end of the day. What a hack. Find yourself a company that deserves your money and time, this one isn't it.
