Him and his team attempted to put up my pool incorrectly. When asked to explain, he was extremely confrontation and belligerent, so I fired him. I'm told that Mr. Bertram has screwed over many other customers. I will be suing him for my deposit. If you're a victim of this man, please contact me @ [email protected]

Pool wasn’t put up right. Has clowns working for him that have no idea what they’re doing. And no communication at all. Can’t get back to you about problems or even resolve problems or finish the job. I had to finish the work I paid him for.
