    DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!!!! I did not work with Best Art Construction as a client, but I am the owner of a gut-rehabbed home where the head contractor, Jacek, was hired by the developer, CHANDLER INVESTMENTS, LLC. Do not buy property with Chandler Investments, LLC as the developer/seller, especially if work has been done by Jacek and Best Art Construction. Improper work and a lack of oversight has resulted in significant damage to my interior drywall and water leakage. He also hired terrible painters and the taping is not only peeling on my walls, but there are seams splitting across my ceilings. His workers left cigarette burns on my new tub and I cannot find any record or permits on who performed the work on what is supposed to be my "new roof." Of course, it leaked after 4 months of living in the home. He and the developer have failed to make good on their work. They not only did poor work, but they are terrible people.
