This Contractor has outright failed to deliver either in Scope and most certainly in quality of a refurbishment project for a local business. He is over 8 months into a 2-6 week project and already 10,000 over a budgeted 60,000 dollar estimate. He has failed to meet agreed upon deliverables and on occasion has failed to pay his subcontractors for services rendered. The overall quality of the work is terrible. Uneven floors, gaps on every corner, tiling that is not grouted, unfinished surfaces and wall tiling that over 15% canted. The best example of his commitment to quality is that his crew actually tiled around the wheels of a cart that was on the floor instead of moving it. In over 10 years of construction experience I have never seen a so called "Contractor" with such terrible work ethic and oversight. Be assured that legal action is headed his way and you should steer clear of this company.
