I had an appointment because my neighbors shower leaks into my apartment. We had scheduled the appointment for 10:00 AM -12:00 PM, A HUGE gap. I left work right before 10Am and experienced traffic, making me 8 minutes late. Michael was not at my house when I arrived. I called Michael. Michael admittingly, left my house at 10:04 AM and was rude to the little boy upstairs. He refused to come back saying he had 8 appointments and was booked up. If this person is in THAT much of a rush, can you imagine what the plumbing job would be like? I cannot believe he didn't call me before his arrival if he was in that much of a rush. OR give me at LEAST 10 minutes as things do happen in life. I am now out of work for several hours and no repairs were made.
Response from Best Choice Plumbing LTD September 6, 2020I left at 10:10 a.m. I called the home owner before leaving. Did not agree to stay on the driveway and wait for the home owner who didn't care to be home on time. And the reason is because I care to be on time to all my customers and couldn't risk to be late. Also I normally take 4 to 5 calls a day. I never had 8 calls in 1 day.

Mikhail was great! He showed up right on time, was able to locate and fix a leak which was not in the easiest location to spot. I was shown the leak and explained what was needed to be done. I've used him to replace my water heater since then, and have referred him to others.
