We would not recommend Best Electric or AVL Professional (their separate biz) for this scale of project. Many times over the course of the project they sent team members who had no idea what was going on and took longer than necessary to complete tasks. If something was incorrect, it was very difficult to get Best Electric/AVL Professional back to the site. In the end, we had to get a new contractor to fix mistakes made by Best Electric/AVL at our expense because Best Electric/AVL was near impossible to reach (phone # disconnected, e-mails unanswered, etc.) and when we did finally speak, they shrugged their shoulders and were combative. Our advice is to use a different contractor other than this one.
