We initially asked Drew to come look at our garage roof. He helped us work through some concerns with adding solar to our house. In fact, he stayed for 90-minutes answering our questions. We ended up adding a new roof to our house and our garage and we are so glad that we did. Drew found structural issues with our roof that saved us headaches down the line. Drew was available and highly communicative throughout the process. He consistently answered all our questions and we have a beautiful roof. The crew that replaced the roof was amazing. They were highly concerned with ensuring their work was high quality. It was clear they took pride in their work. They cleaned up around the house really well. They also heard our concerns and made intelligent decisions along the way. Overall, it was very fast and very well done. We are so thankful we hired Best Exteriors. We give them our highest recommendation.

Working with Drew was the BEST experience I could have hoped for when I had to replace my roof. Drew was candid with his assessment, worked with me and my insurance company on the claim, and was patient and thorough in answering all my questions – and there were A LOT! He made sure I was 100% comfortable throughout the experience to the point when it came time to do the job, I had no problem trusting Drew and his crew to do the work while I was away.

As first time home buyers and new to home-improvement items, we did not know what to expect when it came to replacing our roof. When searching for a roof replacement company, we found Best Exteriors online with great reviews, so we gave them a call. Drew was grateful for the call was very welcoming to our many questions. He quickly provided us with multiple quote options to fit our budget. He was extremely professional and personable and even met us in person to go over color samples and discuss the replacement job in detail! We appreciated the frequent communication and their willingness to accommodate our schedule needs. On the day of the job, the crew was in and out in a single day with no trace other than a great looking new roof! We can’t thanks Best Exteriors enough for such a smooth and comfortable experience!

We bought a "fixer upper" up near Indian Lake and we needed a tear off and roof, gutters and new front siding and we were able to 1 stop shop for it all with Best Exteriors. Drew and his team knocked out the roof and gutters in no time and even fixed up our hvac exhaust pipe to look new. The house looks like a million bucks and the gutters are perfect and come with gutter guards at no extra cost. There was a little wait for the siding as it was a special style that the "boss" wanted but we were told that it may be a little wait with the shipping issues and covid supply chain stress's going on. Drew gave us timely updates and made sure we were happy when the total job was complete. He was right on with price, a great guy to deal with, professional, and takes credit cards so I was able to score some miles in the process. Another cool thing they offered was 3 levels of shingles so if you wanted the cheapest you could go that route which is great if you just want a basic 3 dimensional shingle but he also had a better and best option as well. We went with the Better option and the roof looks awesome. If you are thinking about any of the 3 items we remodeled above don't hesitate to use Best Ext. as you wont be dissatisfied with your choice. Can't recommend them enough!!!

He was very professional and informative when coming out to assess the job. Even though I knew I needed to replace the roof, he still assessed whether it really needed to be replaced. He has given me several options and was not pushy to upsell. Drew has been in the business for some time and has been very proactive about communication. I wasn't looking forward to finding a company to replace my roof and gutters. I was actually dreading going through the estimate process but I'm so happy I found this company. He's the only person I met with who didn't pressure me and he's actually the only person I met with who said he wanted the job. Drew gave me advice on shingle color and type. What can I say, my experience with Drew was extremely positive; his honesty and knowledge won me over. He took the time to inspect every inch of my roof inside and out. Drew and Best Exteriors were great to work with, they recently completed some gutter work for me. Their communication was excellent and they were very knowledgeable. I have an older house and they were able to provide a cost effective repair without recommending unneeded work. I feel that they were very competent and provided a fair price. I intend to have windows replaced by them in the future.

I used an app on my phone to see if I could find a contractor who would check on a gutter issue likely responsible for causing some damage to a house I am considering buying. I’m not from the area, so I really did not know where to turn. Within minutes, I was contacted by Drew, the President of Best Exteriors, Inc., who offered to go over within the hour and look at it. And this was on a Saturday! After inspecting the situation, he called me with the details and gave me the options to correct the problem. He also sent a dozen photographs to show me exactly what the problem was.

Great experience working with this company

Drew came out same day and took a look at a minor leak in my sunroom roof. After inspection he recommended a few things I could do on my own for this issue and stated that no major repairs needed to be done. He could have been dishonest and quoted me for a repair that wasn’t needed, but instead he didn’t charge me for anything and was very honest and upfront. I appreciate how I was treated and will definitely be using this company if any issues come up with my home in the future!

I reached out to Best Exteriors regarding my gutter downpipe which had fallen off of my gutters. Drew answered the phone, less than an hour later he was at my house inspecting the problem and giving me an estimate and less than 24 hours later my downpipe was repaired back to it's original form. I HIGHLY recommend Best Exteriors and will be using them for other services going forward.

Called Best Exteriors on a Sunday, for an ice/snow dam on my roof that was causing a leak. Drew the owner was great on the phone and actually came to my house himself to help break up the dam!
