He did a stamped concrete patio for us. 6 months later the surface began to deteriorate. Large chunks of concrete continue to flake off. It looks terrible. He was supposed to come evaluate it but never came over. I contacted him over and over again with no luck. Another company told me that the stamping was done incorrectly and the only solution is to tear it out and start over for $9k. He will not stand behind his work. He is a man of very low moral ethics.
