I had a great experience with Best Heating & Air. My AC went on Saturday of Memorial Day weekend and my usual guy was unable to come out until Tuesday. I was having a party at my house for my sons birthday on Tuesday and after 2 days of no air and 90 degree heat, I couldn't wait any longer. Mark was the only contractor that I was able to get in touch with on Memorial Day. He came out within the hour after I called because he really wanted to help out because he felt bad for me that I was having a house full of people over the following day with no air. He was very professional, friendly and thorough. He explained exactly what was causing my issue and was able to fix the problem quickly. The house cooled in plenty of time for the party the next day. I would highly recommend mark and best heating and air to anyone.

Would not use Mark Coffman if I were you. Yes, he is very prompt and comes out immediately but in my opinion he is a rip off. He installed my Heater/HVAC over 4 years ago and when he did he began telling me he should come out to start both the heat and the A/C up for the season and he told my neighbor after having her unit for like 7 years when having issues she was probably going to have to replace it soon. I had issues in June 2022 and he came out and replaced t condensate pump and charged me $180 for the part alone. He left the box in my basement and i ended up finding the exact same pump for $41, almost 5x for the mark up. Then i had issues again in August. He chose not to come out any longer because i told him i didn't want to have to pay him again if it was related to the condensate pump. He got all disgruntled with me and in our last conversation hung up on me. Turns out that my unit was leaking freon, discovered by other professionals that came out. Leaking Freon is highly attributed to installation and he did my installation.
