Ray Bollinger is an AMAZING Air Conditioning professional. After having another local company perform an annual inspection and cleaning, they determined that some moderate repairs were necessary, and they sent a guy to give us a bid on a new system. I heard of Ray through a friend and called him. He promptly came out and inspected our heating and cooling system. He said that with the age of our system (19 years old) that their recommended repairs were unnecessary. He said our unit might last 5 more years or fail at any time. He said there is really no way of knowing until it happens. He gave me a very affordable quote for a new system when it was "needed." A week later my system stopped working. He promptly came out Monday morning at 8 AM. He quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced a shorted-out wire for a cost of $20.
This week my father in laws system stopped working too. I gave him Ray's number and Ray diagnosed the issue over the phone and recommended that he replace the breakers in the breaker box. He bought some new breakers, and the problem was fixed.
Ray is HONEST, TRUSTWORTHY, and RELIABLE! I would recommend him to anyone that values these qualities. His work is also very AFFORDABLE.

I've been using Ray for more than 7-8 years. He handles my rental properties, and personal residence from furnaces to heat pumps. I have referred him to my property manager for his rental HVAC needs. I have also referred him to a home restoration contractor. All of them including myself are very pleased with his expertise, experience and integrity. He is a sole proprietor who maintains a low overhead allowing him to be more competitive than many HVAC contractors. He has a full awareness of the economics of the HVAC industry and does his best to provide affordable services for his customers. I hope he never retires.
