Appointment was set for the window of 12.00 -2.00pm .Called at 2.00 as no technician showed up. Something was wrong an Travis was dispatched coming from Seattle. Arrived at 2.45 pm. The problem was a loose leaking faucet. I asked the lady on the phone for basic pricing when making the appointment. She said the technician upon arrival after checking the problem. Travis was very nice and fixed the problem however the charge was $ 250.00 for less than an half hour job. He wanted to replace the faucet at the cost of $ 500.00 to $600.00.
Of course we were not going to spent that muck money.
If I would have known the basic price upfront I would not have Best Plumbing appointed to do this easy job. I had quotes between $100.00 and $150.00.
I paid in full the invoice but felt it was robbery. Maybe they think they are the best but not in customer service but in robbing the customer.
