We bought an older model mobile home and when things failed w the heater, we asked the previous owner who they called. We have been with Best Plumbing & Heating ever since! He has been there during Our heat going out in winter, and when a part on our hot water heater failed n the tank started to empty out! Always grateful they are just a call away! K.Leonard

As a Realtor, I use several contractors. Jon with Best Plumbing & Heating has always done an excellent job with very reasonable prices! I always call them first. Very honest and hard working! I learned about them from another Realtor who recommended them as well!

My contractor hired this company to do the plumbing for my projects. Everything he touched leaked afterward. NEVER pay this company before the leaks are fixed ! I did pay the bill in full and they NEVER came back to repair the leaks after repeated calls from me as well as my contractor. As per your site, I don't consider this a company or who the employ, a "pro"

If you call Best Plumbing, make sure you are ready to commit! I called on recommendation by another heating company when I was trying to fix my heater on a subzero day. I had calls in to about 20 places or so at this point and was a bit desperate. Owner told me he would have his son-in-law call me to set up a time. He did make clear that they would be able to take care of me, which was great! But before the SIL called I got a call back from another company who told me they were on their way. When SIL John called, I told him I was taken care of. It didn't seem to be a big deal until owner called me back a few hours later, told me that I was rude and should have called to cancel, and then hung up on me as I was trying to apologize for the misunderstanding. I had not realized I had committed myself and was certainly not trying to be rude. It left me feeling upset on what was already a really stressful day for me, that had turned out positively until this encounter. I will not be using Best Plumbing again personally, but it may be a fine choice-- just make sure you don't get on their bad side.
