    Home Warranty Plumbing Inc Dba Best Quality Plumbing

    My water heater went out on Friday, they came out on Saturday and said they would have to wait till Monday for the warranty approval. The Waranty place said they did not get the call till 5pm..They said it was too late to come out and could not come the next day as they needed two people. I have to wait till Wednesday to have hot water.
    This could have been avoided had they called right away and were willing to hire help when they need it. I offered to have help for them . I offered to have my husband help them but they said no. On top of that what should be covered by warranty is still costing me $376..
