    Terrible company to work with .. took a deposit in March 2020 for a shutter work to be completed in June end .. it is August end and no one showed up .. they won't answer phone calls or return voice mails .. i have already called them dozens of times .. i would never do business with them!

    Install hurricane shutters
    $125,000

    Condo project of over 20 units. They took $4000 per unit as a downpayment. Suppose to have hurricane shutters installed by mid September. Numerous owners and Board members have tried to contact them and they don't return calls. When you do catch them off guard and they answer the phone they promise to start the job next week but simply don't show up. I have been a developer/builder for 25+ years and have NEVER dealt with a company this bad!

    Shutter installation

    They took a $1,000 deposit for installation of a shutter in 13 weeks. 16 weeks later, I inuired. They claimed not to know who I was until I gave them a copy of the cancelled check. "Any day now." A month later, I pressed and they filed for a permit. Another month and they called and had lost the measurements. I traveled from Kansas City area to Satellite Beach to meet them so they could remeasure. No show, unable to reach them. They called after I got back to KC and asked to reschedule. I requested deposit back but received nothing. Now they don't answer their phones. Six months later I have no shutters, no contact, and am out $1,000. Better to just flush your money down the toilet than to deal with these cons.

    Install accordian shutters.

    They asked for a deposit, then give you a contract stating when they will complete the job. Job not performed/completed by the date they promise, you called them , first they promise to come the next week. From that point on you call leave messages and they never return call this goes on for a month or so. Poor professional. Very poor on completing job as promise. Never return calls.
