I wanted to say that they did a very good job and came out to a little small town in the middle of no where the only thing that I did not like is that for one they were suppose to replace a window that did not fit very well and we were suppose to get the warranty paper work which we have not gotten. I will come back again until we hear from someone about this issue. I will give more stars when I do.

for whatever it is worth, the best service I have ever encountered, considering the quality of the work that was performed, very pleased with the time the job was completed, very professional .

This company is completely unprofessional, misses deadlines, doesn’t return phone calls, and is incompetent. I had Jason come to my house in January for an estimate on replacing window and doors in my residence, he tells me it should take about 4 weeks to order and install everything, and I decided to move forward with the company using the HERO program. After that, the problems began. Another person was supposed to come within a few days to confirm measurements, sometime between 8am-12pm. Well, 12pm rolls around and they aren’t there, and when I call the office to find out, it turns out this person is running late. I am leaving out of town that day, so I have to reschedule to another time. Once the measurements are confirmed, even more issues occur. The estimated completed date for this project is 2-15-18, and I’m told if anything changes someone will let me know. That day rolls around and no work has been done, so I call the company. I’m told the windows and doors are being shipped and will arrive to their location on Friday, and to expect a call then. Friday comes, no phone call, so I call again on Monday, and am told there was a delay, and to expect a call by next Friday. Of course, no call happens, so I call their corporate office, and leave a message. It takes a couple days, but I finally get a call back from someone named Larry who says he’s an owner, and there’s been some issues with the San Diego branch, and that my order was delayed for reasons out of their control. As a former small business owner, I totally get it, sometimes things happen that you can’t do anything about and you do what you can to fix to issue. I’m told to expect a call the next Friday morning about an update. Friday morning comes, no call of course, so I call back, and am told that I’ll have my work done next week, and to expect another call back. That was about 3 weeks ago, and all calls of mine to the company have of course been unreturned. I did some checking online and at some point their contractors license expired, which seems like a pretty big issue. So now it’s mid April, it’s getting warm in my house, and I’m no closer to getting my windows and doors replaced than I was when I placed my order in January.
TLDR: This company hasn’t completed any work in 3 months, let their contractor’s license expire, and doesn’t return phone calls. Stay away.
