My overall experience with this company was good; and I was very pleased with the end result of what I requested for my backyard patio and fencing.
Chris was friendly and always professional. And was willing to work with me and my ideas on what I wanted; and made some adjustments to accommodate that.
There was one period of lack of communication, shortly after the initial patio demo, where my sprinkler lines had not been reconnected yet; and I was unable to reach anyone for a week. So yes this did cause some frustration on my part; but fortunately this company was able to redeem themselves with the end result, and subsequent communication.
