A few comments on Archadeck:
- Well organized, manage projects and timelines efficiently. We had someone onsite each day from start to finish.
- Solid construction, they are good builders.
- Specialized in decking and pavers; expertise seemed limited to these two areas however. Didn't seem to be much depth, or even much interest, in offering anything else.
- Good service from owner, designer, project manager and labor. Responsive as well.
- Finish work is not an area of strength. While they can build, the finish makes the project. It's taken a lot, and we're still working on creating the finish we want.
- Questionable product. They use TimberTech materials and we paid up for the more expensive product. Has not met our expectations from a durability perspective.
