My experience working with Bestwood LLC was great. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for flooring installation. Bestwood LLC provided excellent customer service and the quality of work was excellent. I have rental properties in Las Vegas, but I reside in a different State, so coordinating to have work done was very important. I found Bestwood LLC with the help of Buildzoom. I worked with Mr. Arsalan Rokni throughout the process; we corresponded regarding the scope of work. I had already chosen my flooring materials from Floor and Decor and was happy to find Bestwood LLC worked with their products. After we cleared up questions we both needed answered to ensure we had a clear understanding of what was expected (believe me, I had plenty of questions). Mr. Rokni was very patient and promptly answered any questions I had. Mr. Rokni went out to the site location, took measurements and provide a quote for the proposed work. Mr. Rokni went out of his way to ensure the Floor and Decor materials I wanted were available and purchased so there were not any issues to hold the project up. We scheduled a timeline for the projects completion, everything was smooth and effortless. Mr. Arsalan Rokni was present and together we completed a final inspection/walk through of the job site on the final workday of the project.
Mr. Rokni fixed any small details or items that I asked of him to ensure my complete satisfaction. I’m so pleased with the work performed by Bestwood LLC.
