After 1 1/2 years of living in our house built by Bethel Builders, I would say to steel clear from this company. We had issues from construction up until now. We were able to look past a lot but when a HVAC issue destroyed over 1/2 our 2nd floor, their warranty department said that they are not covering any of the damages. Bethel hired the HVAC company. HVAC company states that someone magically moved the unit that caused the damage. No one is claiming fault and the unit has been leaking since 2020 when we moved in- unbeknownst to us. On top of all of this, we have a leak in our kitchen from the roof. When we addressed the issue with Bethel’s “warranty” department, they gave us a number of a roofer. SMH. Luckily we have great insurance that will go after their poor ability to deliver a good product. Our fight has just begun. Scratch this builder off your list.

This contractor is horrible to work with as in workmanship, satisfaction, pride and communication skills. Not reliable on a time frame at all. Do not hire this company, if you do dont say you werent warned!

We are the third family to live in this home, in three years. Now we know why. We are making so many repairs. They barely used any of their cheap flat paint which they left here. The whole house was cheaply built-of course we didn't see these things until after moving in. Drywall has nail pops everywhere, down the sides of walls at the corner beads, across the top of walls at ceiling, on the ceiling, looks terrible. Cracks at door corners that we have been repairing, the floors are NOT stable and firm, when walking across any room they flex so much the entire floor shakes and bounces. The HVAC system is sub standard - we have had it repaired several times and have been told it's not the right size for this home. (Of course). There are big voids below the foundation-we drilled holes into the floors in the garage and basement after hearing the differences in sound upon tapping. Voids all over the place. Mistakes in drywall transition from cathedral ceiling to flat ceiling in dining room...someone didn't measure correctly. Cheap bathroom tub and shower inserts as well. Master bath tub faucet and handles are too large for the space they were put in, one handle hits the wall and the faucet base is too large in circumference, it hangs off the tub. I mean honestly, who inspected and passed this shoddy work? If I had been the original owner having this built I would have questioned EVERYTHING that looked like crap, and had it fixed asap. This is disappointing....who and where is this third party inspector that is advertised? Granted, we bought it, and we're dealing with the issues but seriously? You stand by your work? It doesn't appear to be the case here.
