WOrst and most dishonest expereince I have ever had with a contractor. I paid him to stain and repair my decks. Nothing was done as we agreed. The stain was the wrong color and went against the condo code. They missed more spots than I could count and didnt bother painting theback side of rails. Not a single board was replace which was the primary reasone to hire someone. Plus they destroyed my carpets in three entranceways tracking stain into the rugs. He made promise after promise to fix this but never made an attept. I will see him in court
