They built our home during Covid but still I felt that the finishing was very poorly done and when we complained we were made to feel we had no right to. Our home cost above 800,000 but our kitchen looks like something bought at IKEA.

I would NOT recommend this builder to anyone. Very poor communication with the builder throughout the build of the home. This was a $800K custom home with an RV garage that was also built. Major modifications to the RV garage were done without owner approval. It took awhile, but it was fixed at the builders expense, but totally avoidable. There were numerous other things were missed or done incorrectly that had to be fixed. These types of things should not be something that the homeowner has to look for constantly. This should be done by the builder since he was hired to do the job. The latest problem that is still not resolved is the concrete driveway and walkway. The concrete was white after pouring. We were told that it needed to be acid washed. It has been 8 months since we moved in. The builder sent out his workers to do this but the job they did was horrible. The builder said he would then send out the actual concrete contractor to do the job correctly. That never happened. His workers came out and tried again. They missed numerous spots and didn't even acid wash the sidewalk. Now the builder is complaining that it is costing him money to do this. IF it was done correctly the first time it would not be a problem. The biggest issue is very poor communication
