I wish my after sales experience was as good as the sales people. Sales was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Unfortunately my troubles started after I gave them money. They told me that the project would take 3 months to start because st johns county permitting is behind. I called them 2 months after we signed the contract to get an update. I was supposed to get plans. They told me that they can still deliver and that permitting is now only 2 weeks behind. 2 days before the contractual start date I call again because I noticed that they never filed a permit with the city. They told me that my project is in drawing and that we are technically still on track. When I started pushing to find out why drawing(a super straight forward project according the the owners claim) is so late and how it is even possible to start anything they said that somebody will call me.
The next day i got a call telling me that they can't do it for the price we agreed 3 months ago because of covid. It took 3 months of holding my HUGE deposit to realize that. I asked for my money back 3 weeks ago and I have yet to get the deposit back.
