Linh will not honor the warranty we have with him from the work he conducted in 2021/2022. We went with him for a bathroom remodel and other work. His poor communication and lack of oversight over his sub contractors led to many issues and concerns with the work conducted. Now our bathroom subfloor that he replaced is squeaking under the work we paid him for. He is now telling us that we expect too much and he is done responding to us. He is a great salesman and will take your money. Our bathroom remodel started in September 2021 and they didn't finish until January 2022. We were recommended him by our realtor so we trusted him and his work. Unfortunately it was nothing but a headache for months. Now we are in August 2022 and he won't honor the 1 year warranty he put in the contract because of WA state laws.
