    Worst of the worst. He continually demolished areas then did not start the work on the areas to remodel them. The couple of things he attempted to do or have his workers do were terrible, such as unlevel and uneven tiles, patchwork horizontal and vertical placed wall board with large gaps at the top and bottom. He tore out electrical that I had electricians do and put wiring in wrong and now I will have to pay the electricians to find and fix all of the problems. He tore out an upstairs bathroom after being told not to until the lower bathroom was finishes. He did that so my wife could not stay there overnight anymore. His workers told me that he did not pay them and he drank lots of beer on the job when we were not around. He also stole various pipes and tools and we had to file a police report. We are still uncovering problems we will have to get fixed.

    If i could give a negative rating I would. This contractor is a criminal. He destroyed my home. There are numerous claims filed against his previous bond. The contractor's state license board has received numerous complaints. do not trust this person or this company.

    Do NOT hire this company owned by noe munguia garcia. dob 6-18-76. His address is NOT on spruce its 20821 Golden Rain Rd Riverside CA 92508. He will rip you off and damage your property when you fire him. He will threaten you and try and scare you but he NEVER wins in court. Check out how many cases he has on orange county court under case access and small claims. Noe lies and goes by license# 141994. Also check out on the contractor state licensse board how mayn complaints are filed against him there! Better living construction has ONLY been in business since 2011. Noe has NO workers comp which he claims to have. He is famous for copying others contractors website and pictures and testimonials and them pasting them on his own! He even leaves positive comments on his own listings!

    They do it all. I had a bathroom remodeled and flooring done. The owner is a general contractor and a specialist. We had tile work. Electrical, plumbing, and knock down texture sprayed..
