  Better Paving had to cut an existing new walkway and they were supposed to repair it with the correct pavers but never followed through. I filed in small claims court and although there is a judgment in my favor, I have never been paid nearly a year later.

  STOP!!! IF YOU ARE EVEN CONSIDERING THIS COMPANY!! MIKE
  DID NOT COMPLETE THE JOB OR STAND BY HIS WORD TO FIX PROBLEMS AFTER THE JOB. HE MADE SURE HE WAS PAID ON TIME BUT DISAPPEARED AFTER THAT. HE CONTINUALLY LIED ABOUT COMING BACK TO FIX THE PROBLEMS. THEY LEFT TWO HOLES WHERE PATIENTS REPEATEDLY COMPLAIN ABOUT AND HAVE ACTUALLY GOTTEN HURT. FIND SOMEONE ELSE AND AVOID ALL THE FRUSTRATION THAT I HAVE HAD TO ENDURE OVER THE PAST 6 MONTHS. I AM A DOCTOR WHO HAS BEEN DEALING WITH CONTRACTORS FOR MY BUILDING OVER 30 YEARS AND HE IS BY FAR THE WORST!!!!

  I knew I needed to replace my driveway and Better Paving was in my neighborhood working. They gave me a great price to ripe out, put a base down then the new driveway was installed. All the guys were very nice and hard working. Owner Michael Gilk even gave me a 5 year warranty on his work. It was even explained how to maintain the driveway. I would hire them again and even recommend them. Since my driveway has been done I have received several complements on it. Thank you Better Paving for being so easy to work with.

  Michael Gilk took my deposit money of $1300 and never did the job. He has many excuses and will stop answering your phone calls. He is blocking my phone number and will take your money.

  replacement of stamped concrete

  Good communication throughout the whole process and the job wasn't finished until we were completely satisfied. They ripped out an old wood deck and replaced with a beautiful stamped and stained concrete. They worked hard to keep us at our budget and explained the process and checked in a couple of times.

  Driveway Renovation

  Just had our driveway replaced by Better Paving Co. The salesman was very responsive with our questions. The crew started early and on time. They removed and replaced our old driveway. Their work was outstanding. I will recommend Better Paving Co to anyone that needs concrete work. Great job guys!

  Back Porch Pavement

  Mike and his crew were great! He gave us some great ideas for a problem we had and answered all our questions. The crew was polite and respectful the whole time they were here. The area was clean when they left so that was a plus. I would use their services again in the future needs.

  Driveway replacement

  I had my driveway replaced by Better Paving. These guys did a great job, very professional. I had some time constraints and they worked with me to get the job done.   One of the worst companies I have ever had come to work for me, and his name is Michael Gilk with Better Paving Co. All payments were organized properly and executed for him. My driveway was done, but the first rain storm I noticed he left out an entire process causing my driveway to form massive puddles within it. When contacted he continued to push back on coming back to fix it for WEEKS! After contacting the original third party who recommended him they as well reached out and were told to wait "on his schedule". Eventually after texting him and him even promising to mail me a check (that never ever came or was sent out) my driveway is still ruined. Since then I have continued to contact him and he has now reached the point of telling me via text "I'm the most annoying person he has ever met" as well as "drop dead". Also when he noticed my original review on his website, Home Advisor removed them from their recommended companies and he has called me screaming at me for doing this. This is the main reason for his actions.

  Rips off his customer steal their money and does a horrible job! I don't even want him to come back and fix what he messed up I don't trust him not that he would come back Mike is very good at avoiding you after he steals your money.
