    septic maintenance

    I have had 2 contracts with this company. Money was paid upfront. Not all services were rendered. No offer of refund or reschedule was made. By contractual agreement I was supposed to receive three inspections per year. 2 inspections were missed in one year. No response by email or phone call. Do your research and stay away from this company. It is a strong argument when the competitors can list off how many customers have switched providers because of this specific company.

    I contacted the company and within 3hrs they had a technician at my door. I just wanted acknowledge the excellent service that was provided by the technician Casey. He was extremely knowledgeable and explained in simple detail on what was needed to fix our septic issue. He efficiently diagnosed the problem and repaired it.
