In July I contracted with BTB for a $50K master bathroom remodel and gave them, as requested. a $1000 deposit. I’ve purchased my vanity, counter top, plumbing supplies, bathtub and tile. Today is October 1st and not only is my project not even started I receive no communication unless I contact them. It’s not clear what the status of my permit is or when the project will start. I’m heading to the city today to personally check on status. Wish me luck!

We had an unfortunate slow water leak that ultimately required a partial bathroom remodel in our children's bathroom. As an unplanned event, the cost concerns were very high and our insurance wouldn't cover any of it. We were fortunate to find Better Together Builders who were not put off by the initially anticipated "small job." Our project manager, Yoti, was very responsive to all texts and phone calls. Sapphire in the office was also great with communication in terms of due dates and upcoming inspections. Luis, the foreman, was very friendly and not put off by my need for everything to look perfect. When we found mold after taking down part of the wall (a fun bonus of a slow leak), BTB were great about getting it remediated quickly. While none of this was fun, I feel extremely fortunate to have worked with BTB due to their communication, legitimate concern for how we felt things looked/turned out, and their honesty with referrals, strengths, and limitations. I will look forward to calling them in the future to see what can be done with our kitchen.

We needed an entire kitchen remodel down to the studs and new floors and talked to several contractors and received several quotes. We went with Better Together Builders and are glad we did! Ido showed us samples, gave us a detailed quote (not a one sentence quote like "Your kitchen renovation will be $X"), and went with us to several cabinet and counter top stores to help us pick the right kitchen. Better Together prices are reasonable, not cheap, but you get what you pay for. When Ido says he will call you at a certain time, he will call you at that time (not an hour later or never) and when he says that he will be somewhere at a certain time, he will be there at that time (or earlier and wait for you).
It was a long, elaborate renovation, but Ido was there every step of the way!
He organized everything and was at our house every morning at the agreed to time to make sure everything is ready to go.

We heard enough horror stories to make us nervous to do our kitchen and bathroom remodel but Ido put our fears to rest right away. He worked with our budget and our style and answered all of our questions every step of the way. He responded very quickly any time we needed to get a hold of him, and made sure to follow up expediently on all aspects. I was browsing for the right contractor to paint my entire house and to partially replace my roof (had a massive leak). I was referred to Ido by a neighbor and decided to do the job with him. I’m very happy that I got to work with Him and his team- they always showed up on time, cleaned at the end of every day and the job was done in a very professional way!
