I wouldn't hire Aaron Betts do any work of any kind for me ever again, even if he offered it for free. Sad thing is that our families know each other, and we know a lot of the same people, you'd think he'd want us to be satisfied. His website has all these beautiful pictures of 45 cuts, not at my house, he cut the pencil trim around the shower boxes with blunt ends. The transition from the bathroom floor into zero entry shower floor looks terrible. When I started asking questions, he got mad! I'm such a bad customer because I ask a lot of questions. Thats because I dig in and learn everything I can about what I'm doing. When it was pointed out some things I felt were not being done right, his answer was he's been doing this 30 years and that I didn't have confidence in him. Even with all the questions I was asking, I still ended up with a job that even I who am not an experienced tile guy, could have and would have done better. After he was done, we noticed a bunch of epoxy grout missing, asked him to come back. He came back when we weren't here, big mistake...he did not use epoxy grout as we had paid for and not even the same color. When we got home, there is still grout missing. I sent him a message and 3 days still have not heard back from him. Hurry, hurry, hurry was the work that I received. Epoxy is on door handles, floors, shower grate, hardwood floor, brand new faucet trim cover. None of this should happen with someone who describes himself as an expert tile guy. His answer to the terrible transition into the zero entry shower is...the glass will cover it. The way I am, if I've done some work and its not right, I am ripping it out and doing it over, no one has to tell me that, my pride will.
