Not a good experience. Charges by the hour and "milks". For example, took a good hour showing art work he was clearly trying to sell, and included that hour in the service. Also, charged for tools and materials but never communicated that this was included in his service. He bought lumber (2 x 4s) and not all of it was used. Yet I was charged, and he didn't have the courtesy to leave the materials. He also charged me for his son who showed up and was spending all of his time looking at his cell phone. I didn't see him working, except keeping his father company. And he included his son's hourly in the invoice. Very, very, very slow, and it seems intentional. I do not recommend this person unless you have lots of time and money to burn

I called Billy Bevis on short notice to replace a light fixture in a rental house my family owns. He went out of his way to go to the store to procure a new electrical box and fixture after he determined that the existing wiring and fixture would not work. Billy is easy to work with and, in my case, charged a fair price for his time.
