Beyond Design Build has done 2 projects for us. The first one was a 676 square foot ADU. It has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a laundry room. We moved into the ADU and that's when they built the master bedroom and bathroom on to the front house. As soon as they finished the second project, we moved back into the front house. Now our home is really our dream home and the ADU is paying for itself with the money we generate form the renter we have in there.
