Beyond Perfection has handled two jobs for me; my garage door and my thermostat. The owner is involved firsthand w/his business and the gentlemen who appear on site are kind and trustworthy. I was espec. impressed w/their response about my lack of heat. We had a cool spell awhile back and when the owner learned I had no heat, he immediately sent a man to my home. Within minutes, the man diagnosed the problem (thermostat was "fried") and advised he would get the part. He came back the very next day and installed it for me. It was obvious they were concerned I had no heat and wanted to make sure they fixed the problem as soon as they possibly could. Very kind of them & I appreciate that. I look forward to working with these gentlemen again.

If I could leave NO stars, I would. This company is the absolute worst when it comes to customer service, professionalism, and quality of work. The owner has a huge attitude and obviously takes no pride in his business, or in the work his company provides. Beyond Perfection is laughable, Beyond RUDE seems much more appropriate.

The men from Beyond Perfection, came to my house to fix my A/C last year. They were very efficient and full of knowledge. The owner even did a followup call a few days letter to make sure my system was still performing to standards.
