After payment was made, the company did not contact us to schedule as promised, nor did they return phone calls or emails for 5 weeks. We cancelled the work when they eventually called in as it was too late to proceed. After messaging a promise to return the payment "next week" we have still received no payment yet- 4 months after their promise! They do not return our phone calls or emails.
