This is the WORST contractor that I have EVER used!!! My a/c was under warranty and stopped working. He came to my house and flipped a switch which took 5 minutes. He billed me $150. My husband and I thought that was steep and we called and ask if he would consider lowering the bill based on the amount of time he was here and what he had to do. That is when he started yelling at me like I have never been spoken to before!!! He told me that he would collect the money or his attorney would. He went on and on and on until he finally hung up on me. I was only asking very nicely not saying that I would not pay the bill! I could not believe it! He is a true hot head and the most unprofessional service worker I have ever used. I can not believe how I was treated, I am speechless!!! Please think twice before giving this person your business.
