hi there i am mainly just looking for demo work and alsp do grading for driveways or digging ditches with machine i have a medium size machine 26 horse power front and back loader i also have a 5ft mower deck that i will cut also if need french drains and gas lines and water lines downspouts i can dig that and even install it for you if you like

We contracted with Kwalas Remodeling to replace a shower surround with new tile and fixtures and install a new vanity. They also installed a second-floor laundry. The work was scheduled to start on Nov 23rd in the hope that it would be completed before a scheduled move-in on Dec 4th. The work started on Nov 26th. The shower was functional by mid-December. Due to some unforeseen plumbing issues, the work was fully completed on Jan 14th. Kwalas worked on our project 3-4 days a week but did take a couple of weeks to work on other projects. Occasionally, there would be last minute changes to the schedule, and they would not come work on our project. Kwalas was able to consult with other professionals (plumbers, electricians) to make sure that the job was completed well. Because of the plumbing issues, they needed to remove a large portion of the kitchen ceiling which was below the bathroom & laundry. They were able to replace the ceiling and other drywall areas with minimal visible seams. The new shower and vanity look great. The workers were pleasant and friendly. The cost of the project was in-line with other quotes.
