  We just had Bianchi Contracting finish up a full renovation of our home and we are super happy with the entire project . My wife and I would recommend Carmelo and his team to anyone in the market for any construction project !!

  I hired this contractor to do a full master bathroom remodel down to the studs. My experience with Carmelo Bianchi was terrible. He was never present at the job unless he was looking for payment, and the two workmen he sent were not always qualified to complete the necessary work. Therefore, it took twice as long and frequently multiple attempts to complete things. Additionally, the workmen did not maintain a clean jobsite. Unless I asked, they would not cover floors or surrounding areas to protect them. They even left cigarette butts all over my front driveway/yard. Whenever I voiced concern regarding the job and the mistakes, Bianchi never took accountability. The plumbing was installed incorrectly, which caused the bathroom to leak/flood the foyer and mudroom closet below...twice and almost a third time if I had not been home to catch it. Bianchi said the drain must have been too clogged from our previous use, though we used our shower for ten years prior to his work without problems. Finally, they took apart our newly installed shower to find that they did not install the shower pan correctly. They replaced windows for us, only to damage the exterior trim. They did not install the closet door we requested. The tile grout had to be redone because they did not mix it correctly and the color was not uniform throughout the bathroom. The list goes on and on. The final straw was that because of the shower leak, our house sustained residual damage, which they were supposed to take care of. Bianchi decided to not finish the job because he did not like that I expressed my disappointment in his job performance. He allowed his bruised ego to dictate his decision making, and now we have to hire someone else to repair the damage he caused. Please do not hire Bianchi Contracting. If you do, buyer beware!
