WARNING !! Do not use this fly by night service!! I hired them to install a Toto toilet in my home at 17 inches high with the toilet seat when they got here they dropped the first toilet. They then left and came back with another toilet and installed it. I was not here the second time and installed the toilet and it turned out that the toilet they installed is 18 inches or more high and when I called them to take it out and put the correct size as I am short, they refused! They also double charged me! They charged me almost $2000 to install a close to $600 toilet. When my husband question them as to cost they wouldn’t give us the toilet invoice and it’s my believe that they double charged me one for the toilet they dropped and one for the wrong toilet as well! Do NOT use them !! When I tried to contact them to resolve the issue they were nasty to my husband and they refused to return my calls. The owner is Mark

Bianchi plumbing has worked on my house a number of times. I trusted him so much after the first visit he came when I was not home. Not only was everything perfectly taken care of but he left my house intact and cleaner than when he got here. I called him after hours and he showed up immediately knowing that I was in distress. He is honest hard-working and extremely knowledgeable about all plumbing including hot water heater that had difficulties.
