Hired them to create a bathroom in our garage for handicapped parents. Fast, worker but sloppy. Cost us a lot of money to fix collateral damage that could have been prevented if he had installed and caulked the shower correctly. Made a mold issue worse. Bathroom works though and they did a decent job with framing and drywall (except for leaving the windows cloudy and splattered with spackle). Shoddy paint job, one coat with no primer. Also they did not seal bathroom with caulk around the floor moulding. Mr. Bias felt that he was not responsible for collateral damage even though I sent videos and pics which showed water leaking from shower. He blamed the immense amount of mold under linoleum on a back up from several months ago which I paid him to fix and repair. I also smelled the mold prior to that incident and reported it to him. He gave me a ton of reasons why it was not due to his workmanship. Months of theories. Once the flooring was ripped up, it became clear that the shower sides were leaking considerably. The water flowed down the front of the shower, into the unsealed crevices between the floor and shower where it remained for 4 months. I think he should replace the flooring, caulk the area and repair moulding. He and his father do not agree and are quite unpleasant. I was also unpleasent after months of being "blown off" about the mold smell.
