Please beware of Bid Masters of Georgia. Gerald Biddy is a crook. Paid $16,000 of the $21,000 he charged for the job and he quit without any notice. He did not purchase the materials he listed in the invoice for the $8,000 he received in March. See the investigation done by CBS46. This is what he did to me. He sent my husband and I a letter over a month AFTER he quit and took the building permit I PAID FOR from the side of my house and the plans requesting more money for extra work he claimed he did several months earlier. Told CBS reporter there was an overrun. Never spoke to me and my husband about any of this. DO NOT GIVE THIS MAN YOUR MONEY! HE IS A CROOK!
http://www.cbs46.com/story/36057822/why-you-must-check-for-contractors-license-before-renovation-workResponse from BID-Masters of Georgia, Inc. September 23, 2017The Client is seeking to falsely be enriched by NOT PAYING for construction services already rendered to their property. And, attempting to bully us into giving them more than Three Thousand Four Hundred Fifty and Zero-Hundredth ($ 3,450.00 ) Dollars in CHANGE ORDER, which are to date still NOT PAID. We are a FOR-PROFIT corporation and do not pay any one to work on their Residential/Light Commercial property. -

I hired Bid Masters to add a room/bath onto my home. I was told this was an easy 6-8 week project. Paid him the first week of November 2016. As of June 2017 the job is still not complete. Does not show up consistently to work and has caused many inconveniences for me and my family. Does not communicate. We have to continuously call to find out what is going on. BE WARE! He has been paid almost all of what he said the job would cost but still much left to be done! I would NOT recommend to ANYONE!
Response from BID-Masters of Georgia, Inc. June 13, 2017Cynthia Andrews, employed professional construction services of BID-Masters of Georgia, Inc. Her project had CHANGE ORDER(S) that have not been compensated for. Foundation had water drain pipes under the proposed slab. And, was not found to deeper exploratory, costing ($ 1,800.00) Dollars, Slab was not approved, until Mid to Late, March 2017. Then other CHANGE ORDER, raised ceiling for cost of ($ 1,650.00) Dollars. And, we have not been compensated. Communication has been addressed, did not need to be made daily. However, communication is 0700 - 1900 Hours; Monday thru Friday. And, emergency as needed. Construction projects have their own spirit, and we all have to endure to end. We get compensated according to Draw Schedule. And, the awareness of all parties should be acknowledge. All parties will know their responsibilities and costs, as well as any extra costs. -

Bid Masters of Georgia has not done my project yet it's only a one or two day job. They took $2800. of my money poured a small section of concrete and have not been back. I still don't have the screened in patio. I have gone to the better business he keeps trying to make me breach the contract. Wanting all the monies up front. Am afraid he might keep the money and I might not receive the screened patio I wanted. From April to June is more than enough time for this job to be done. Overran Schedule and took money and quit. Thank you Spring

By James L.April 1, 2017Considered for Wall Construction
Someone reached out and said they would call back later and the never called. They did not respond to my message I sent through the web either.
Response from BID-Masters of Georgia, Inc. September 9, 2018James Larkin, You all still have the wrong corporation. Cause, I'm the only Executive that would have accepted or rejected your proposed construction project. And, I would not have or been interested in your particular construction project. Gerald A.
