Raffy performed a complete home remodel for me in the Bungalow Heaven neighborhood of Pasadena. He successfully navigated the city's process for historical home renovation. He was the mastermind (designer/visionary) and implementer of vision. Raffy is a true professional, and very passionate about his work. The above characteristics would make a great contractor. However, Raffy is completely trustworthy, which is a trait that makes him an exemplar human being.

Raffy and his crew did a great job. I reached out to him and he responded right away and even arrived at my condo within 2 hours on his motorbike.

They came in and took over where the prior contractor left off (I had to fire the other guy). It was a complete mess and Raffy fixed everything and made it the way it should have been. I got a full kitchen and two bathrooms remodeled. Floors, wall tiles, fixtures, appliances, doors, everything. They finished on schedule, it would’ve been ahead of schedule but I had a few additions and changes and they still managed to finish on time.

Raffy kept me in the loop and called frequently to update me on the status of the renovations, sometimes he’d even call twice a day, a briefing in the morning and again at evening for a recap. Raffy works quickly and is a man of his word.

Big 3 Construction is the best. They went above our expectations. We will definitely have more work done by them. They really made the outside of our house the talk of the neighborhood.

My wife and I were extremely happy with Big3 construction. They were very responsive to all of our questions and provided us with many options to accomplish what we wanted, both on time and on budget.
We are also very pleased with quality and look of the finished product.

What can I say these guys are excellent. They remodel the bathroom for us. They understood exactly what we needed done and started work immediately. They finished the remodeling one week ahead of schedule! I am very satisfied with their work.

When I bought my fixer-upper house in LA County, my real estate agent recommended Big3construction. It was a super great recommendation! Big3construction is reliable, has quality connections for all sorts of jobs, prices jobs fairly and goes out of their way to help - they even went to several stores with me to help pick out tile for my kitchen floor at no charge. Plus they're friendly and genuinely cares about making their clients happy with their environment.

We had our master bath remodeled. Raffy was a great designer to work with, listening to our ideas and helping us to choose the best materials for the design. Ian, our project manager was always available to us and they made the process as worry free as possible. As others have said, they covered the floor to prevent damage and all of their workers were trustworthy and skilled at their jobs. The finished product was fantastic and completed in the time frame allocated. We will use them again to remodel our other bathrooms when the time comes!

They really did a good job especially with the layout. The color was also very good choice and we also really like the cabinets with the dividers. We really have to appreciate them and their work. They are really a professional team. We will definitely recommend this company to our friends and family.
