Hired for removal and replacement of siding. Did not include estimated completion date or contractor registration on contract as required by Pennsylvania law.
Failed to start anywhere near estimated start date. Started job 3 months after agreement. Worked for 3 or 4 days. Never showed back up. I had paid 12k for a 16k job. He stole the money for materials, only removed 75% of siding. Did not return calls or texts until I found out his scheme. I am now over 36k into a job that was supposed to cost a little over 16k due to far d, theft and his breach of contract.
This contractor has numerous convictions including theft, fraudulent activity, A search of his public court docket is eye opening. He is currently charged with 2 felonies, stemming from a contracting job from 2021.
I am also in pursuit of the monies he stole from me, 7k for materials which he never purchased. Litigation has commenced and the criminal case has been picked up by the local detectives. Criminal charges will follow.
It would be very foolish to higher this company for any job.
The he little work he did do was good. Unfortunately due to his deceptive business practices, fraudulent activity and theft it would be foolish to hire this company/ individual.
Please do your DD when hiring a contractor. A search of his dockets will show a pattern of criminality. -

If I could rate a Zero I would. Awful business man. Took 9 months to complete a 4 week project. He would work for 1 or 2 days then wouldn’t come back for months. I would have to text him multiple times a day. He did not supply a start or end date on his contract which against the law. After he completed the job I had to hire a real plumber to redo all the plumbing he did wrong. I turned him in to the Attorney General and the BBB and have contacted a lawyer. I can go on and on of all the things he did wrong on this job Make sure you do extensive research before hire a contractor.
