    We were left with a broken ceiling tile, a sewage mess, and a cracked and chipped tile. We weren't informed of the destruction. We would not recommend this business.

While it is unfortunate it is not a positive review we are glad customers have the ability to express their dealings with companies so others can see. ​ In this situation on August 9th, you had sent us an email expressing your concerns about the job. To which we responded right away and thoroughly. We had offered you a phone call and went into detail about what the steps were we will take to make it right. You responded telling us not to call or give you any money back. You said you were overall happy with our plumber's effort but explained what you were unhappy with & what you wanted to see come out of the situation. Please let us know what else you would like us to do as it appears from this review you are still unsatisfied with our handling of this situation. This is unfortunate this happened as it is not typical of our team for this to have happened.
