On April 25-27, 2022, Big C Construction completed some concrete work at our home. The work performed included: 1. Adding an approximately 320 square feet concrete slab, connecting to the south of the existing driveway. 2. Replacing concrete slabs on the lower level of the front stoop, eliminating gaps and cracks 3. Setting a basketball hoop anchor, at level, 4 feet deep surrounded by concrete Upon completion of the project, several issues were noticed: 1. The 320 square feet slab has areas that do no allow the water the drain, which will cause issues in the future by weakening the concrete. 2. Damage was caused to the existing driveway and was not repaired. 3. The concrete work on the front stoop is extremely subpar, as boards that were used by the company when pouring and setting the concrete are now exposed above the concrete. 4. A brick was knocked off the front of the home and not repaired properly. 5. The hoop anchor was not level (it was at one point, but a worker removed the supporting board prematurely). Despite several promises from the owner to come fix the issues, nothing has been done. I have been told they would come out on certain dates and nobody shows up.
Would never recommend.
