This is the second time I've used Big Cat Plumbing. Both times were emergencies: Sewer line blocked completely, now the boiler pump went out. The biggest plumbing company in town I normally used gave very long lead times (weeks) and possibly didn't know that much about servicing boilers. I called Big Cat and they were here in about 1-2 hours of my call, both times. Neil, with Big Cat, came out and appeared to be very knowledgeable about Boilers, assessed the problem, and explained in human language what was needed. It was winter outside and we had no hot water, therefore no heat, laundry, dish washer, or showers. were available to me. Big Cat offered me their space heater(s) but I had my own. Neil ordered the pump but it was discovered broken on delivery (not his fault). He ordered a second pump and installed it quickly. The price was the same as quoted with no hassle. Big Cat seemed actually care about my dilemma and responded quickly, professionally, and reasonably. Big Cat Plumbing is now my new GO-TO Plumbing Company.

I am writing to describe my recent experiences with Big Cat Plumbing and some of the employees.
First was Ryan, who came to repair a waterline leading to an exterior faucet on our home. His demeanor and professionalism made a very positive impression on my wife and me. We were so impressed that when the topic came up about our deciding to get air conditioning for our home, and Ryan asked if representatives from Big Cat Plumbing could come out and submit a proposal, we were happy about the prospect (we did not realize that Big Cat Plumbing also did air conditioning installation).
Jamie and Jesse were our next visitors from Big Cat Plumbing, and both also exhibited the professionalism Ryan had demonstrated. Jamie’s boundless enthusiasm and energy along with her sincere caring combine to form her delightful personality.
I was/am very impressed with how patient Jesse was with us as he explained all the possible combinations for potential HVAC service to our home. I was also a bit shocked that he prepared and presented multiple bids (for several of the choices that sounded good to us) before leaving our property. (Other companies that we contacted about HVAC systems took days to prepare then submit their proposals to us.)
Of all the Big Cat Plumbing employees I’ve met, I spent the most time around the gentlemen who came out to install our AC units, Gage, Chris and to a lesser amount, Josh. Again, professionalism is endemic to members of the Big Cat Plumbing organization. All were very polite, engaging, knowledgeable and competent.
I would be remiss if I did not also mention the office staff I spoke with several times on the phone. Those ladies were also very professional, polite, and competent, and I was left with very positive impressions of them as well.
As for the performance of our new air conditioner units, the past few days have put them to the test. Despite the 90+ degree temperatures, they have performed to perfection. They are so quiet that I would not have realized they were on if it were not for the fact that, with very little effort on my part, I can almost instantly get the inside of my home “cold enough to hang meat” if I want to.
We sincerely thank you for the attitude your people have, and the great service we received.

Logan Valdez came to our home on a Sunday, we had a leaking water line in the ceiling of our basement. He was professional in appearance and workmanship, analyzing and correcting the problem in a timely manner. I highly recommend him for your plumbing needs.

They were very friendly from the first phone call, I was notified when the technician was on their way, and always felt that my heater issue was a priority to be fixed. I appreciate the multiple options that they provided. I was told the significance of each one as well. Their entire team took great care of us, as this was the first issue we have had as home owners. We appreciate Ridge, Chris & Wyatt in all of their hard work taking care of us. We will be Tiger Members for life!
