    Mobile home setup

    Rhonda and Cody were the two I dealt with the most. They all did a great job at setting up my single wide and made sure I was taken care of. They continue to make sure I’m taken care of. Highly recommend.

    Relocation of Mobile Home
    $25,000

    We hired them to move our double wide mobile home. The gentleman that came with Rhonda, the owner and person pulling permits, made several promises about securing appliances and other things. On moving day he was no where to be found and has not be seen since. The only thing NOT damaged was my travertine tile, which she specifically said she would NOT be responsible for. They cut our copper power line from the bottom of the home and kept it. That was $4,500 to replace. They cut our sewer line from the house and left it open to the city sewer system while breaking both toilet flanges. $375 worth of plumbing repairs. She couldn’t be bothered to answer the building inspectors phone calls, couldn’t be bothered to file the NOC and now (10 weeks later) she is refusing to release the signed and notarized lien release required to close out the permits. Before the move, I had a 2 page list of questions and she came and walked the house with me to ensure my anxieties were put to ease. She blatantly lied to me about securing my appliances, because I had already received photos of my home going down the road with the doors wide open and my washer and dryer sliding across the floor. This was a quoted $8,200 job to move 8 miles and after ALL of the repairs to the roof, plumbing, replacing copper to power and AC the job stands at $25,000. They didn’t care to even drain the water from the toilets, and assured me I wouldn’t need a plumber or electrician. I’m just thankful I did hire an AC guy to disconnect and reconnect my AC, although somehow during the move of the home that copper went missing as well. From day one it has been the most stressful and costly experiences of our lives, and we survived Hurricane Michael a category 5 hurricane on Oct 10, 2018. To “repair” loose siding her new guy poked at it with a stick he picked up out of my yard. I’m still in awe that she is withholding my Lien Release after being not only paid in full but EXTRA because of the way gas and other prices jumped after she quoted the job. (She/they did not ask for the extra, we thought it was the right things BOY were we wrong!!!

    They did not do work for me but moved trees & an old mobile onto my property from property where they were clearing for a new home & refuse to move it off.

    Move mobile home, setup, etc.

    Do not use! They took our money, never provided the services agreed upon and will not provide a refund. My mother has now relocated to Ocala Florida and found other customers they have done the same thing to. Stay away!!
