Big G plumbing

Horribly managed company. No one answers the phone, you have to leave a message and wait for a return call. Their employed lied about us “ordering a part and fixing ourselves”. They took over a month to return to fix their screw up and even then, the owner refused to send someone out to fix their mistake because he didn’t like that I said they are unprofessional and poorly managed. Even now, after 3 attempts… they replaced my shower head with a very cheap, low quality shower head that squeals on hot water and the hot and cold is now backwards on the shower handle.

I refused to re-sign with my home warranty company because this company was their plumbing vendor. DO NOT CALL OR USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Home Warranty Company referral. Problem with bathroom sink faucet.. I have tenants in the house. Did Not complete the job. Called on Friday and took until Thursday to come out. Tenant very upset... the mastet bathroom sink out of order for a week... took the afternoon off work and sink still not working AND will have to take time off again for a second appointment.

Big G Plumbing LLC was dispatched by a home warranty company to replace a water heater. When the home warranty company followed up with them, BIg G Plumbing said they had called me several times but I did not answer. I called them back to schedule a time for the service which they scheduled on a Saturday from 9 am to 11 am. The receptionist at Big G Plumbing LLC requested I pay a service fee up front over the phone. That is not standard practice for contractor work in our city. I let her know that the service call fee will be paid at the time of service with cash or check. She still insisted on the payment. I asked if she could take a check over the phone. She said no so I let her know the payment will be available at the time of the service call. Big G Plumbing waited until after business hours to send the dispatch order back to home warranty on a weekend. Then they did not show up for the service call which is when I talked to home warranty and found out they sent the dispatch back because we did not pay a service fee up front. It has taken more than 5 days for this company to complete the work they were contracted to complete. Do not do business with them. There are better companies to work with.
